Service Re-do and Retail Return Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge to you.


Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Future Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue to provide you with the best scheduling options, we do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us.


Should you cancel or no show your reservation more than twice in a row without 48 hours notice, you will no longer be permitted to schedule in advance with your preferred stylist. You are always welcome to schedule with your preferred stylist on a same day basis; this is dependant on the stylists availability that day.
